I want my event to be LaMarvelous! How do I get pricing?

How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come, first served.
How can I reserve my order?
To reserve orders, a 25% deposit and a signed contract is required at the time of booking. The 25% deposit is only refundable within 48 hours after booking. After the 48 hours expire, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Is the reservation policy the same for schools, corporations, and other business entities?
Business entities that require a check to be processed for payment do not require a deposit and flexibility will be granted for payment due date. However, once the due date is finalized & payment is not made by due date, the entity will incur late fees (detailed in invoice).
What is your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation occurs after the 48 hour deposit expiration and up to two weeks before the event, all monies paid after the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within two weeks of the event, a refund will not be granted.
How can I pay for my order?
Customers may pay with cash, money order or check (made to the order of LaMarvelous Balloons), Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, or PayPal (fees apply for electronic pay).
When should I pay for my order?
All invoices must be paid by the due date (generally three days before event or otherwise) listed on the invoice. If not paid by the due date, services will not be rendered for the specified event.
Do you deliver? Is there a fee?
Yes! All orders are delivered and there is a delivery fee. The delievery fee is assessed based on location and time of day.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes, there is a $200 minimum, plus a delivery fee, for all orders.
